What is a linkage agreement?

A linkage agreement is a formal partnership between NHCSC and other organizations to provide coordinated mental health and substance use services to shared clients.
This service (coming Fall 2025) will be available to survivors of all backgrounds seeking confidential counseling, crisis intervention, and advocacy.
While NHCSC does not provide direct financial aid, we work with community organizations that offer housing support, job training, and financial counseling.
Some services require a referral from a partnering agency, while others are open to self-referred individuals. Contact us to determine your eligibility.
